1. Voucher Validity

The validity of the vouchers depends on the type of experience selected:

1.1 Truffle Hunting

The truffle-hunting experience is seasonal and generally runs from May 1st to the end of November, based on the harvesting periods of Summer Black Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) and Burgundy Truffle (Tuber Uncinatum).

Therefore, from late November to late April, truffle hunting does not take place.

Validity examples:

• A voucher purchased at Christmas is valid until mid/end of November of the following year.

• A voucher purchased in August is valid until the same date the following year, excluding the months when the activity does not operate (December to April).

We strongly recommend booking at least 1 month in advance, as shared tours can host a maximum of 10 participants.

1.2 Truffle Tasting

The tasting experience takes place in our home restaurant all year round, by reservation.
The voucher is valid for 12 months.

From December to late April, fresh truffle is not guaranteed: dishes will be prepared using our homemade truffle products.
For this reason, we recommend booking during the harvesting season.

1.3 Cooking Class

The cooking class is available all year round, upon reservation, for a minimum/maximum of 2 people.
It is always a private experience.

In the option Truffle Hunt + Cooking Class, especially on weekends, you may join other guests for the truffle-hunting part only.
The cooking class and meal stay private.

If this occurs:

• you will be informed in advance

• you may cancel with no penalty

• or, if you agree to join, you will receive a discount

2. Weather Conditions & Activity Management

Truffle hunting is an outdoor activity and depends on weather conditions.

The organizer will confirm the experience within 48 hours before the tour, and it will only be cancelled in case of:

• severe rain (orange/red alert)

• snow

• hail

• extreme weather conditions

The tour does take place with light rain, provided participants have a k-way and non-slip shoes.

2.1 Validity Extension Due to Weather

If the tour is cancelled in October or November due to bad weather, the voucher will be extended by 2 months, starting from the beginning of the next season, free of charge.

3. Extensions or Modifications of Voucher Validity

A booked date can be rescheduled once.

If the voucher expires, participants may:

• extend the validity to the next full season for €50 OR

• convert the voucher into a Truffle Tasting (valid all year round).

4. Equipment, Safety, and Liability

Participants must wear clothing suitable for walking in the woods:

• long trousers

• trekking shoes or non-slip sneakers

• k-way in case of light rain

📌 We do not offer shoe rental.

Participation is at one’s own risk regarding natural hazards such as:

• uneven terrain

• slipping

• thorns, ice

• wildlife

• possible ticks

The path is suitable for everyone with basic mobility, and does not require athletic training.

5. Allergies, Intolerances & Special Diets

Allergies or intolerances must be communicated in advance.
Vegan adaptations are available upon request.

6. Overnight Stay (B&B Option)

We have only one room available.
We strongly recommend booking at least 2 months in advance, especially for weekends.

The B&B is open from Easter until the end of November.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted:

• up to 48 hours before the tour → 100% refund

• less than 48 hours before → no refund

8. Respect for Nature

The experience depends on nature and its rhythms.
Truffle availability cannot be guaranteed and does not depend on the organizers.

All truffles found belong to the organizers and can be purchased at the end of the tour.

We will do our best to welcome you on your preferred date.
Please remember that nature must be respected: any alternative proposals or limitations are meant to protect the environment and allow all guests to experience truffle hunting at its best.
