Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any defect or damage or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. fresh truffles). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift vouchers.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached and must be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
