Our Truffle Hunting Experience:
Live a 3-hour experience on the Parma hills and become a truffle hunter for a day, guided by Flavia and her two truffle dogs.
At the end of the hunt an amazing truffle lunch (or dinner) cooked by Mamma Laura will wait for you, so that you'll also join a Truffle Food Tour (vegetarian, vegan options are also available). Tempted? :)
As you arrive you will be welcomed by our truffle dogs (Lagotto Romagnolo) Trilli, Maya and Ludo, hard workers and also part of our family!
We'll start the hunting from our truffle farm and continue into the surrounding woods. Immersed in the nature of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines (we are 1 hour drive from the amazing Parma Food Valley and 1 hour drive from La Spezia/Cinque Terre and 1:30 drive from Milan), our dogs will lead you to the truffles, which you'll dig out with your own hands.
Depending on the season, we can find black summer truffles or fall truffles.
The truffle hunting can last between an hour and an hour and a half (it will depend on how much we manage to find!) and will end with a lunch (or dinner) depending on the start time. You'll taste our truffles (the very fresh ones you'll find with the dogs) and our homemade truffle products, all freshly cooked by "chef" Laura :)
It will be a one in a lifetime and unforgettable experience with locals, we promise! :)

Vegetarian and vegan guests are very welcome. Let us know in advance if you have food allergies, intolerances and/or preferences.
It is possible to add extra homemade dishes with local food: Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano (did you know there is also mountain parmesan?) and last but non least porcini mushrooms (we are in one of the best Italian areas for Porcino) directly from our woods. Tempted? :)
We can also arrange a pickup service from the railway station Solignano or Berceto upon request for max. 4 people. For more than 4 people please contact us. You need to take a train to Solignano (if you are travelling, for example, from Parma/Modena/Bologna central station) or to Berceto (if you are travelling from La Spezia or Cinque Terre). The tour includes a guided truffle hunt with our dogs in the truffle farm and woods and a lunch (or dinner, depending on the start time) with the truffles found during the search and our truffle products.
It lasts approximately 3 hours (1.5/2 hours in our truffle farm and woods)

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be completely refunded.
Cancellations after the 24-hour cut-off are non-refundable.

In case of adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain), we will be forced to cancel or reschedule the tour.
If we are unable to postpone your tour date, we will offer a full refund, even after the 24-hour cut-off.

It is possible to arrive by train to the closest railway station (Solignano or Berceto). We can than provide a pick-up service at he price of €40 roundtrip (rate valid for up to 4 people)

Yes, our truffle hunting tours are suitable for families and children aged 2 and up.

Although we love dogs very much, unfortunately it is not possible to be accompanied by your dog during the truffle hunt: our dogs usually do not like it. However, we can give it a try before the truffle hunt to see if they get along.

We ask that you wear comfortable outdoor clothing, long pants and (possibly) hiking shoes suitable for walking in wooded areas.
